Orange County Surveyor Matt Cooper is a professional surveyor and has over 25 years of experience in the land surveying profession and is licensed in five states (IN, OH, IL, KY, WV). Matt also holds a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Land Surveying Management. His surveying experience includes a wide range of complex private, commercial, and government projects.

Orange County Deputy Surveyor Pam Minton is available in the County Surveyor’s Office to assist with any land records request. She maintains and administrators the Orange County Section Corner and Land Records Program.
